What You’ll Do

• Monitor milk quality and composition; adjust recipes and processes as needed.
• Control recipe parameters and production timing from the vat deck through brining.
• Verify proper completion of Clean-in-Place (CIP) and sanitation procedures.
• Conduct and record quality and micro-trending samples during production.
• Maintain clean, safe, and efficient equipment and work areas.
• Communicate with Milk Preparation, Evaporator, and production staff for seamless operation.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to keep production running fluidly, including occasional shift coverage.

This is a full-time position located at 1545 County Road 70, Sugarcreek, OH 44681, offering a starting pay of $20.00 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience and knowledge of cow’s milk cheese production (intermediate level preferred).
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and related productivity tools.
• Problem-solving, time-management, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to uphold high standards for safety, sanitation, and product quality.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
