Milk Preparation & Whey Evaporator Operator
Rotate between Milk Preparation and Whey Evaporator duties to maintain production quality and efficiency (two days in each role per week). Prepare, standardize, and monitor milk and whey to meet product specifications. Operate, clean, and maintain evaporator and processing equipment. Monitor silo levels, flow rates, and system performance for consistency. Perform CIP, sanitation, and safety procedures while communicating any process deviations.

What You’ll Do
- Rotate between Milk Preparation and Whey Evaporator duties to maintain production quality and efficiency (two days in each role per week).
- Prepare, standardize, and monitor milk and whey to meet product specifications.
- Operate, clean, and maintain evaporator and processing equipment.
- Monitor silo levels, flow rates, and system performance for consistency.
- Perform CIP, sanitation, and safety procedures while communicating any process deviations.
This is a full-time position that is located at 1545 County Road 70, Sugarcreek, OH 44681, offering a starting pay of $21.00 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package.
